Over the last eighteen months, the Company has expanded its service capabilities across 19 new states, including major investments in the growth of its team of talented service technicians, vehicles, and equipment. In addition, the Company has invested significantly in technology and systems to support this expansion. This includes state-of-the-art work order management and technician scheduling capabilities, GPS tracking and route optimization, and the ability to integrate directly with customers’ facilities and asset management systems. Chris Hutter, National Power’s Chief Executive Officer, stated, “We are excited about the expansion of our service business and the ability it provides us to deliver even stronger reliability and resilience to our customers' critical operations. In addition to the expansion, we have invested heavily in the quality and efficiency of our platform to ensure we are delivering gold standard service to our customers.
